Hey all,
I’m happy to announce the first PolyPulse firmware update just before the new year starts!
Highlights:
- The audio inputs can now be routed to:
- one or more tracks’ FX chain (see [edit]+[track] → routing)
- to the output FX chain (see [settings] → routing)
- Added load last project option to [edit]+[settings].
- Added auto reset clock parameter to [settings].
- Improved MIDI in as clock source and fixed a bug which caused the BPM to drop dramatically when receiving a MIDI continue command.
Other changes and bugfixes:
- Master FX chain is now called output FX chain.
- Added global config file (polypulse.json) which stores:
- the most recent project that was loaded/saved
- OSC network settings
- screen(saver) settings
- Changed the delay FX analog algo to decrease modulation for extremely short delays.
- Track audio/MIDI input settings now stored in *.inst files when saving projects
- Added recalibrate touchpads option to [edit]+[settings].
- Fixed getting stuck when pressing track button while note list editor action menu is open
- Fixed getting stuck when doing something that exits the master FX menu while editing the FX chain
- Fixed only being able to add notes in parallel by holding shift when using the internal keyboard (and not using a MIDI keyboard).
- Fixed modulators assigned to an audio effect not being removed when the audio effect is removed
