0.1.30: track input hotfix

Hey all,

Another (small) update is ready!

Changes:

  • Fixed in x to out chan routing not being saved in projects.
  • Added support for arithmetic (with more than 1 operator) in the number input menu: golden-ratio-sum

Here is the new firmware: polypulse-firmware-0.1.30.zip (900.5 KB)

See here how to update your PolyPulse . Note that the file manager only recognizes *.zip files whose name starts with polypulse-firmware- as firmware updates.

Enjoy! :yellow_heart:

In 0.1.29, my in x to out chan was already being saved, at least in the template project.

In both 0.1.29 and 0.1.30, the in x to out chan is not saved in the global settings.

It seems that, with respect to routing, there is no difference between 0.1.29 and 0.1.30.

Did you restart the firmware (on the PolyPulse itself) after uploading the new firmware and selecting it on polypulse.local?

Note also since 0.1.30 the in x to out chan is saved, so therefore a project created in 0.1.29 that had a value set for in x to out chan has not saved that value in the project file, which means when loading it with 0.1.30 the value for that parameter is not found and thus set to its default value.

Can you open your template with 0.1.30, set the correct routings, save/overwrite the template and then restart your machine? It should load the values correctly.

Because on my unit (running 0.1.30) both these are saved in projects now:

  • [edit]+[track] in x to chan
  • [settings] in x to out chan

Yes, that was my mistake. Overwriting while booted to 0.1.30 saves all routing properly. Thanks for the quick hotfix.
