The extra settings (trig, shape and range for the LFO) are controlled with the top row of black buttons in the numpad.

I agree with you the numpad keys could be better documented. Here are the most common uses: text input for project names: the black keys are mapped like a phone keyboard with [abc] [def] [ghi]. Sync to BPM / time divisions is not yet possible. As a temporary solution you can manually calculate the Hz with this formula: 1 / (60 / BPM) = quarter notes in Hz.

So for example at 140 BPM:

1/4 notes: 1 / (60 / 140 BPM) = 2.333 Hz
1/8 notes: 2.333 * 2 = 4.666 Hz
1/16 notes: 2.333 * 4 = 9.333 Hz

What might also be nice to know is that you can retrigger the LFO for each note. That might also partially get you the effect you are tring to create?
