Audio Output Level drops in time

Hi,
Just noticed that after a certain amount of time (about few days) the audio output level (voltage) is slightly dropping. I can see it using my external VU meter. I don’t know exactly how long it takes before this behaviour occours as my Polypulse is quasi always powered up. But it looks related to the power unit because it’s only once I’ve electrically rebooted (unplug/plug) the Polypulse that nominal audio output levels are restored.
Tried to restore it using the “restart firmware” option but it doesn’t work.
Could it be possible to have an option to re-init/re-calibrate audio output level without the need to unplug/plug power unit ?
It’s a minor issue, but when you have your audio levels set by using VU meter it’s a bit annoying.

Best

Hey,

Could you share meter readings with timestamps? (i.e. -5 dB at 0 hours, -6db at 8 hours…?) What VU meter are you using?

Just bought a new PU with power switch for my Polypulse, to see if it resolves the problem.
As it’s just a matter of electrical reboot, the issue is implicitly resolved as now I added a power switch inbetween the Polypulse and the PU (5v 2A/Inner positive).
I’ll update the post if a slight voltage drop occures.
The drop is about 0.5 to 0.7 VU, so it’s very slight.
The VU meter I use is Klanghelm VUMT.
