What kind of cleaner/fluid should I use to get rid of the Stickiness?
Will plane water do the Job?

I put a bit of isopropyl alcohol 99+% (sometimes called Kontakt IPA) on a microfiber cloth (the type that is used for cleaning glasses/lenses) and wipe it over the touchpads.
That helped.

Is it normal for my pads to have come with some smudges or something in a few spots? Can those be wiped off possibly?
