How to report a bug

Report PolyPulse bugs here.

Before you make a new bug report, please check if it is already reported here. If it is not, you can create a new thread. Please try to answer the following questions:

  • What firmware version are you running? (you can check this by pressing [edit]+[settings] on your PolyPulse)
  • What happened?
  • Did the PolyPulse crash? (the screen freezes and then the Lambda Synthetics logo is shown)
  • What menu was opened while/before it happened?
  • Was there an error message on screen?

Depending on the bug report I’ll assign the following tags:

  • fixed means it is fixed or a fix is included in an upcoming firmware update.
  • not-a-bug means the behaviour you reported is as expected and not a bug.
