Working with Scala files

I’m working with my own scala file.
When i load a scala file for tuning do i need to also set the microtuning EDO files accordingly ?

And like for some other parameters it would be nice to have information display about what files is loaded (scala files, project name, etc…) in the Polypulse settings for a loaded project.

Once you load a scala file you can find it in the note list editor under [edit] → change tuning. In the list of tunings first you get the default tunings that are contained in the firmware, and then the scala files loaded by the user.

You can select a different scala file per note list if you want. Currently in 0.1.30 if a note list is empty it does not save what tuning was selected and thus on loading it reverts back to 12 EDO. This is fixed for a future update, so that custom tunings are stored in projects.

Also, if inside the note list editor you switch to an empty note list, it copies the selected tuning of the previous list that was open to the new list. This should save you a bit of time as you don’t have to select the custom tuning each time you are adding another note list to your project.
